49 about caught up

They never get done. 77 IFS Center line wheels with 1.5" front space to get inside fenders. 3" lowered coils in front, 2" blocks in back. 350 from 93 trk 350 turbo, Shark instruments, don't know what seats are out of. Was pretty mangled when I got her. Firewall cut all to pieces, no dash, but every thing has come together pretty good.

Nice looking truck. Wheels and tires fit just like I like it. Jim

Re: 49 about caught up

Looks fantastic. a lot like where I'm going
How did you get the far left gauge mounted ? Did you have to cut out the mounts for the speedo?
Can you tell me what steering column you used and the length from the dash mount to the base of the steering wheel?
Thanks

Re: 49 about caught up

Had to get the billet rings. The original rings from the dash did not look good. Did have to remove any mounts. Used a 3.5" drill hole cutter. I moved the light switch up to the wiper switch hole. You need to flatten the middle of the hole on each side. Tach says it is 3 5/8 but fits perfectly in the 3.5 opening. I'm not sure about the steering column it was in the truck when I bought it a few years ago. I think it is from a 77 pickup as is the IFS which was a problem. it was about 3" too wide. Special order Centerline wheels 18x7 with 1.5" front space to get them inside fender so I could lower about 3".
