Its got 285/75 16's on it so not really "skinny" tires but still fit the truck real well with 4" lift.

Nope! 6 lugs........local tire shop ordered the 16 rims for me and the hubcaps fit.

It does have a swapped in disc brake frontend tho. 1969 GMC.

The hubcaps were gone long before I got the truck, it still has the factory body color split rims and the tall skinny rubber though Traction King Bias ply tires.
