tll74 (Tom) Class Act
It is a funny story but as I live in Michigan and my girlfriend lives in Oregon, I meet Tom at the shop he works at in Junction City Oregon selling used truck parts. I was looking for a non working AM radio to fill the dash on my 72 Cheyenne. Tom hooked me up for a very respectable price.
A few months later I stopped by and bought some other small items from him and we started talking about the 67 -72 trucks and our passion for them. Tom showed me some of the trucks he has at the shop and I was instantly in heaven. This man knows his 67 -72 trucks better than anyone I know. About a year later and I visit with Tom every chance I get. I consider him a friend now. He is a great guy that is very passionate about old Chevy trucks. If you need a part, Tom most likely has it and he has great prices also. Last edited by ETsC10; 03-25-2014 at 04:45 PM. |

Re: tll74 (Tom) Class Act
I just bought a serpentine conversion from Tom and I agree that he is a class act. I paid the extra $100 to have him detail it and it looks brand new. His packaging job is just as professional especially considering the package weighed 77lbs and it arrived in perfect condition. Don't hesitate to purchase anything from him

Re: tll74 (Tom) Class Act
Boy oh boy is Tom ever first class. I got my serpentine sys couldn't I couldn't believe my eyes at the quality.
To say he does a great job of prep is a huge understatement. He knows what system to send you too and save you a bunch of hassle with different rotation water pumps. Only thing I didn't realize was that I needed to order 1 inch water pump spacers so the stock 350 pump will clear the serpentine brackets. Jeg's has them from Moroso. Finding his site and what he can get for you was especially a life saver for me. The truck I bought every single bracket was mis-matched over the years and it would have cost almost triple to get all the right parts off Jeg's or Summit, Toms serpentine system solved all that. Service and contact were first class as well as the packaging. Can't say enough total double thumbs up from me. Dan |

Tom, is great to deal with, I've bought a blazer and some other parts from him. I'd love to take a 8 car trailer out there and haul some of his trucks back here, lol

LOL...you guys are killing me. Thanks for the kind words. I just found this thread while killing time after butchering up one of our elk. I aim to please and treat everything as if it was for myself.
Hey Randy..you woud have to make 6 trips with that 8 car hauler. Funny you mention that as I had a dream a couple weeks back that you came out here to meet and we went into business together parts out 67-72 trucks. I went out and bought them, parted them and you handled selling the parts. We had over a 100 trucks stacked up to part. That was a weird dream to say the least. I just keep buying them before they get scrapped. Its amazing what people will scrap these days. Thanks TBONE1964! We'll get togrther soon, Tom

Re: tll74 (Tom) Class Act
Tom gets a big thumbs up from me also. He always seams to have what ever little or big part I'm looking for, and at a reasonable price. Just wish I had found him earlier, would have made sorcing parts for my build much easier !!! Gary
