Re: Where does everyone keep their trucks?

My project lives with two other trucks (88 1500 long bed, 05 F250 crew cab), a skid steer and a bunch of tools and equipment in my detached 24x40 shop. Trying to add a 40 foot addition in the next couple of years.

Re: Where does everyone keep their trucks?

Mine has to share the garage at times, and usually has to give up it's spot for my Triumph and Rx7. I dare not leave the wives Speed6 outside, those are fighting words.

If you cleared out the carage the truck may just squeeze in.

However, even your carport photo is deceptive because the fit is so tight.

Been awake since 02.15 and surfing web on phone. Insomnia sucks. Will post up pic later from PC

THink its time to Text chat Tattoo Don in Arkansas. He must be just settling down.

It might fit in the garage Grizz but I wouldn't be able to open the door to get out

I forgot the pics. The Green one stays on the street and the blue in the garage. As you can see it is kind of a tight squeeze.

In the garage next to my wife's car. Wife's work car outside and sons pick up outside. We live in the country also.

You are a very fortunate man !!!!!

I suspect your yard would be a place of amazement to walk around in.

Re: Where does everyone keep their trucks?

Simple outside pic.

I closed up the one door last year, and only use the large door now.

Garage is kind of out of the direct line of sight from the house. Fully alarmed and with infra red camera, vibration monitors on the walls etc, as well as three globally accessible video cameras via the web, that record etc attached to the house (Thanks to the previous owner who is some international security guru)

And in front of its home.

Time for a Rum and Pepsi Max........

Re: Where does everyone keep their trucks?

If you can't park your rides on the street where you live you need to move. Why can't you park your rides at your house anyway? as long as you don't stain the pavement, don't take them too far apart and keep them running most of the time you should be fine.

Re: Where does everyone keep their trucks?

I just built this 40x60 last summer. I own my own business which is Ice Cream Trucks. They take up one hole side of my shop. So the other side has two boats my H-D and the 64. I have another 40x60 that is about 15 miles away. Thats for my other toys....

Re: Where does everyone keep their trucks?

Mine has been in the driveway but this year I'm hoping to fit it in the garage. I have a flat roof and we get a lot of snow so i will be shoveling the roof a few times I'm sure.

Mine one is currently currently taking up 3 1/2 bays of my 3 bay garage. Plus there are enough parts for a second hiding behind the garage (out of sight from the neighbors). I have the blessing of living in town. My sons project truck lives at my parents. My families 4 daily drivers and my 20 ft car trailer live in my driveways. On the high note it only take 10 minutes to mow the grass at my house.

Seriously; my bedroom is above the attached garage, so it's about 10 feet below the bed.

(I also have another detached barn out back for the rest).
