Performanceonline.com

Anybody ever have problems with these guys ? On 08-06 I ordered a spring and shock kit from them after the site said they were in stock. The box got here about a week later and we started tearing down the rear only to find the front springs weren't in the box. Found a note that said they were on back order. I sent an email 4 days ago and was told they were due in any day.... Really ???? Coil springs ???

Re: Performanceonline.com

I have ordered a few things from them, never had a problem. But I used them about 2 years ago. Sucks when customer service isn't good.

Re: Performanceonline.com

I ordered about $2k parts from them on my '78 build several years ago. Didn't have any issues with them. They've been around a long time. No business is immune from the occasional back order where they are waiting for others to complete an order.

Re: Performanceonline.com

I ordered parts from them last year to be delivered to my hotel in Florida . When I arrived they were all waiting for me . Ready to take back to England . Going to use them again this year . The only thing I would say they sometimes take a while to answer emails but that might just be they are busy
