Motivated again!
I took a break from my truck, mainly because of a new job that had me working all shifts. Now though I feel like working on it again.
I also managed to find a way to get rid of the 21 gallons of old gasoline from the gas tank renew. So much for evaporating it! It wouldn't all evaporate and I managed to kill off some of my grass. "Free for hauling" ad in the trade paper seems to have worked. Thanks Wrecked Chevy! If I can get the truck back on the road it'll be so great! I can then really clean up the garage. Anyone else getting back into the grove of fixing your truck? |

Re: Motivated again!
YES, I am a little dissapointed in the pwr steering pump I put in my 69GMC K10. I bought it from Napa, made it about 200 miles- now no pwr steering and metallic noise from the pump. No more driving now. This truck had been undriveable for 14 years, I just put it back on the road (200 miles) 4 months ago. Thought is was done with the mechanical restoration, silly me. Good luck to you, Bruce
