TBI rebuild Kits

Hey everyone, I'm been dealing with a fuel issue as of late. I have a 94 C1500 Silverado with the 350 and 130k miles. I've changed out the Fuel pump, Fuel Filter, TPS, and cleaned out the IAC. The issue is that once I start the vehicle from 1st to 2nd gear occasionally, I would look power. Vehicle still runs until I pull over and RPMs drop to about 100 or just kills. My next step is to make sure my fuel pressure is good after the fuel pump change and the TBI rebuild kit. Not sure of the shape of everything inside it. Fuel Flow is normal at an Idle and when throttle is giving.
If any of this makes sense, any thoughts would be appreciated.
