Spid RPO Question
This truck is For Sale on Ebay now and it has an option on the Spid I've never seen and don't know what it is. The option is the K71 HD Valve and Rotator. Can someone explain.

Link? Unless you're worried someone is going to poach it out from under you, you haven't provided a lot of info here....

Re: Spid RPO Question
M is for the v/6 engine, probably a 305 with no engine options listed. I believe you could order with exhaust valve rotators.

Re: Spid RPO Question
If the engine still has them, which I assume it does, you should be able to tell that the exhaust valve retainer is a lot thicker than the intake. It's some kind of mechanism that, as you might guess, rotates the valve, extending its life.
Exhaust valves take more abuse than intake valves, so I guess they only offered them on the exhaust. Weird it's an option and not just a feature.
