ifs crossmember
Installing an ifs crossmember on my 53 /2 ton longbed . I have truck sitting at stance I want and frame rails level with each other. I am going to level crossmember side to side like frame rails . Do I need to level crossmember front to back or just weld to frame. IFS is from Speedway

It should be level as not to screw with the caster angle set from the manufacturer.

Yes, level in relation to the ground regardless of whatever rake your frame is set at. Did your IFS have any instructions?

Thanks guys, makes sense to have it level at the rake you want. It did come with instructions nothing about leveling
