where to hook to pull the engine

I just pulled mine from the donor truck last weekend. I removed the core-support, radiator, condensor etc. On the engine, I removed the coils as an entire unit(s) and removed the intake and alternator as well. I used and open bolt hole the passenger side cylinder head and the alternator bracket to remove the engine/trans as a complete unit.
