1966 GMC fleetside longbed / shortbed
I had posted here before about swapping my 3/4 ton GMC suspension over to a shortbed c10 chassis. Well swapped it all over (leaf sping rear ) and since I didnt want to use the good fleetside shortbed I have on another truck I thought I would try cutting down the long bed so spent the weekend in the garage...and this was the result. I have it tacted in place the bed sides are pretty rough but was a good self taught experence..

Did not come out bad at all. Some time with a hammer and a dolly and those bed sides would look pretty good.
