Rusty gold in S.E. Nebraska
Here it is. Watts Repair and Salvage, just south of Wymore Nebraska, an hour or so south of Lincoln. It is 40 acres and he has stuff you have not seen in years. When the price of iron shot up, he still kept the old stuff. Cars from the 40's onward. It is still a working yard but there are truck galore. Many, many Chevy/GMC from the 60's well into the 80's. There are as many if not more 67-72 as 60-66, but there are many of both. There are also Ford, Dodge, a few Jeep and even a Binder or two. This is an old yard. Go in the fall when the weeds have died or in the spring before they get tall. Remember to have realistic expectations. This is farm country. Many of these trucks never spend a night inside ever. Some have been in this yard for 40 years. Someone has likely pulled something off of them before you so do not think you will find a perfectly preserved museum piece. You will find parts that will help you finish out your driver. I picked up several nice trim pieces for my 66 at a good price.

Re: Rusty gold in S.E. Nebraska
I have to admit that there were a few pieces that I wanted to grab up, not for my truck but just because they were cool. Some for wall art in the garage, some because someday someone I know may be looking for it. If a guy knows what he is looking for theare are still some gems out there.
