Can You Remove Oil Pan on 74 350 With Engine In Car

Going to do a first oil change on my 1974 GMC and always like to drop the pan and wash it out so you could eat cereal and milk out of it, paint it and put a new gasket on it, that way I am not mixin' new oil with 40 year old crud.

Can I remove the stock oil pan with the 350 in the truck?

How hard is it? With a floor jack and four stands

1974 GMC 15 Hundred
4 Speed Manual
350 4 barrel
