Wiring help please..

I have my engine out and am trying to spruce up the wiring. I have a few wires that were not hooked up or I dont think I need. Please look at the pics if they help.

1. 2 yellow wires that go into 1 orange- I think its my old coil/starter wires. Can I just cut and tape off(I have HEI)

2. Big Purple wire with eyelet- Think thats the one that goes to the starter??

3. Small green- temp sensor.

ALL THE ones above ARE WRAPPED IN SAME TAPE.

NEXT bunch)wrapped in same tape)

1. Brown, brown with white stripe, and a blue wires hooked to the same plug- plugged into the old Quadrajet- where does this go with my new Holley??

2. Black wire-cut off and green with female end-big gauge-both go to same plug on firewall
2. I looked at color schematic- looks like the green and black BOTH go the something labeled as LP.SW.Conn--Correct??

I would like any help I could get. Is there anyone I could call for further help? Its much easier on the phone.
