help. pan hard bar type?

when i purchased this truck it came with no data as the owner had passed away. anyone know what track bar this is? and if i order bushings, are they a standardized size? bushing is gone and truck clunks side to side. no wonder it turns right when i brake! i thought the drums were adjusted wrong.

If it's got front drums, you still may need adjustment, or new brake hoses. Front drum brakes are only at their best when everything is new and fresh, a few thousand miles and it's time to pray at every stop, life's too short....

Re: help. pan hard bar type?

If you are looking to upgrade to disc brakes check with board member Randy (teeitup) or Tom (tll74) for parts at a decent price.
That looks like an adjustable tracking arm from LMC truck parts. Scroll down to the bottom of this link http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=147
I replaced mine with item 8 on this page

Rather than dance around with the guys from Lots More Chinese (crap) pull the bar, measure the ID of the bushing eye and the OD of the center bolt. If there is a sleeve on the bolt, the OD of the sleeve is the other measurement you need. Call the tech line at energy suspension and give them your measurements. They can find the correct bushes for you.
