Very hard to tell without looking closer at the frame. But from this pic looks like the buddy seat is rounded on top where our trucks are more square. Doesn't mean someone didn't do some extra padding on it though. If the seat frame has the raised tube running across to clear the raised area of the floor I would be slightly more convinced they were not dodge or van seats.

The adjuster handle and the straight portion of the frame tells the story That is also the stock upholstery Dodge used.
I would pick them up, the seat frames and center console are the same as used in our trucks.
