Changing speedo gear for Borg warner overdrive. Please give advice

Ok so I finally scored a new old stock in the box gm solenoid with the rare 1.5 inch shaft yesterday. Needless to say it was almost as much as the whole overdrive saginaw three speed.

So here's my question. I am about to put it all together and put it in my truck but my truck has 3.73s not the regular 4.10s that these overdrives came with. I don't want to change my gears but I do want my speedo to be correct. Can I use my 373 speedo cable gear and it not destroy the plastic. Or do I need to use the 410 and deal with the speedo being wrong? The main shaft metal gear is metal and cannot be changed as it runs the governor gear as well and it's metal.

All transmissions somewhere have a chart that lists available combinations of drive and driven gears. You just need to find the chart for your transmission and verify.

Try this one maybe?

Thank you I will get my OD off my main shaft gear and get the correct one. My question is are all the main gear teeth the same?

Just want to say thanks and give an update, after measuring my tire size, getting the correct OD of the drive gear, etc I calculated I needed the 22 tooth green driven gear which I have two of. I just hope the 8 tooth steel driven gear doesn't chew it up to fast compared to the correct 10 tooth they are designed for.
