If I lift up the rear bags atleast 2/3 to full the noise goes away.

This is gonna be a confusing post, lol.
When I have it lower than that, or aired out, it's a particular sweet spot in the throttle that will make the noise show up. If I'm coasting in gear no throttle, it wont do it. If I BARELY put a little foot on the throttle it will do it. If I give it more throttle, like to stay at speed, it wont do it either. If I take it out of gear and coast it will do it. This is all while aired out or close to it. If I lift it up, I can't get it to do it at all.
