Show me the rims on your 4X4.

I'm getting ready to buy new tires and rims,
Anyone want to show off their 17" rims on a four wheel drive!

Thanks, did you get the radio yet?
Those are 17"? They look like 15s, I was worried if I got 17" they would look silly on our trucks but that looks nice. I'm going from 15" to 17"s because it's cheaper for me to buy new rims and tires than to just replace the 15" tires on my truck now. I guess 15"s are becoming obsolete.
Thanks again!
Nice truck by the way!

Re: Show me the rims on your 4X4.

Hey Aaron !

Yes the radio came today and it looks good. I don't believe it even matters if the radio works. They use the case & the front of the radio and replace the internals with a new digital tuner. So it looks like and old radio but performs like a new stereo !

I bought 17's to fit over the disc brakes I'm putting on the rear. There 285's or 33"s tall, so they still look pretty good, I don't like the rims too tall, it leaves no sidewall....

Glad it made it safe! If I find the knobs I'll send them to you, I know I have them in my shop but just can't remember where! I'm moving my shop to my new building soon so I'll be going through lots of boxes getting rid of crap, hopefully they turn up!
I put off buying tall rims for years, always thought they looked like wagon wheels on a truck, not to mention having some sidewall to cushion the ride. Yours look great, I guess the ones I've seen were probably 20s.
Good luck with the radio, make sure we get a look after the conversion!
