Okay so I had to:
-Cut the floor (although you may be able to slip it in without doing this. I did it to make things easier)
-Shorten the driveshaft (I had a 1330 yoke put on the driveshaft to match the 1330 slip yoke that goes in the transmission) I am still running a 2 piece driveshaft
-Drill new cross member mounting holes to support the tailshaft
-Clean off the paint on the bearing retainer hole for the scattershield so it would slide in properly
-Buy Ford plastic speedo drive gears to match my rear end ratio and tire size
-I also purchased the shifter, shifter knob, reverse light harness, and speedo drive adapter from American Powertrain

Other than that I would highly recommend the 5 speed. It works great and now I have the best of both worlds. Get up and go as well as hi-way driveability!
