70 GMC Stepside Project Completed

Here is my 70 GMC step side 90 day project almost ready to roll. 5/7 drop, disc brake conversion, 5 lug rear, updated interior, new bed floor, 22 & 20 tire and wheel combo, and a killer patina for a finishing touch. Thanks to the board for all the info/research on tire and wheel sizes for a stepper, it was a big help.

I have a 70 stepside and I like the spare tire mount. Is it stock? Can you post a picture of it? Nice looking truck.

Hmm. Interesting. My truck's spare tire mount is also factory but lacks the over the bed rail rods. I wonder if the previous owner removed those from mine......

Ten Ring: I think over the bed rail is correct from the factory, my 68 had it that way also.
