Front suspension rebuild. Need help ID'ing parts

I have 5 lug disc brakes on my 1970 swb chevy. No brake booster(plans to add as I get to that point). My question: how do I know if these are "factory" GM brakes? The truck SPID doesn't say (isn't readable). Basically how do I know what parts to buy if I don't know what I have?

Disc brakes with 5 lugs didn't come on 70 models. You probably have 71 up brakes.
