help with 72 chev front end assembly
im putting the front end together on my 72 chev and im not sure on the order it goes together. My rad support and fenders are on but are loose, should I line them up and tighten everything before I install the grille?
also not sure if I should put the inner and outer grille together before I put it in the truck and does the front bumper go on last? basically the truck didn't have the front clip when I got it and I have to put everything on it, iv never done one before so I have no idea what the process or order is. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks |

Re: help with 72 chev front end assembly
I would go ahead and assemble all of the grille and core support first and get it mounted up, then get the fenders on. You will need to take time aligning everything, because once you move one thing, another thing changes and will take a little time to get right. Then you can put the hood on and work on aligning it. Hope this helps some.

Re: help with 72 chev front end assembly
thanks, im not sure if you can attach the grille to the rad support by itself I think it bolts to the fenders if I remember right. Ill just wing it I guess and figure it out, keep things loose and start working my way around it
