Rear Sway bar

I have heard that a 82 to present Camaro rear sway bar will work with 67-72 trucks. I have only seen it used with coil rears. Does anyone know if it will work with leafs??
Thanks 70short/step

I'd think the bar would hit the leafs. You might be able to raise it to miss, or if you used a flip kit to lower the truck, i think that would cure the problem.
