MI WTB: Turbo 400 Flywheel Inspection Cover

I am looking for a cast aluminum inspection cover (Flexplate Cover) for a turbo 400 transmission that is bolted to the transmission case with 6 bolts and the reinforcement rods that bolt to the cover and engine mounts. Thanks Mike

I looked this morning in our GM parts system for the part numbers for the support rods and inspection cover. I only could find a part number on the inspection cover for Model Years 1982-87. This number is 15522125. My Turbo 400 is a 1979 vintage and there was no number listed as I'm assuming they are discountinued and removed from the system. This part number that I found did not specify if it was for a M40 or MD8 transmission so I'm not sure if it is interchangable between the Turbo 400 and 700R4 and these transmissions were both used in that time frame. As far as the support rods this is what I came up with: 1978-1980 used 00471637 for the Left and 00471638 for the Right. For 1982-1987 parts numbers are 15529883 for the left and the right is 15529884. Thanks Mike

I believe the rods and plates that mount behind the clam shells are all the same and I have a few sets of those. I will check my pile of covers to see if there is a th400 out there. I have several 700R4 covers.

I have 3 different part numbers...15522124, 468269, 14036187 probably 700R4's

I checked with Speeding Dakota and he doesn't have one at this time. So I am stilling look for the cover and rods.
