Ok, I managed to box this thing up. I took a large box from home depot, opened it part way and stuck the stuff in. They are nicely bubble wrapped and ready to go. I hope the shipping quote you get works for you, because they were a pain to pack.

The box ends up being 43x43x9. The 9 is a rough estimate of it's widest point. It weighs about 16 pounds.

Let me know what you want to do. Thanks!

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

Hey, sorry for being a pain, but I've had a mind change - again. I do want the left/drivers kick-panel vent if possible. Don't need the whole left side though, just a square cut around the vent opening itself.

Something like this:

Assuming the vent opening itself is in good condition. That'd be the difficult part to fabricate, so it'll make life easier.

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

DD1... I guess you will have to sell the sheet-metal pieces to the next person in line...
because of the dimension UPS ground would cost 107.55 to get them from you to my shop..
With those dimension they go by the size instead of the weight so its like double the cost...

Sorry if it was a big inconvenience to package them up to ship... I do appreciate your efforts!

No problem. That is a ridiculous amount for shipping. I could not find a box that it would just fit in by itself. Sorry about that.

Jess, you are up. If you still want it, let's chat and we can arrange for you to pick up everything!

Hey, no problem. You want the drivers side (US drivers side not Australia), right? On that side it looks pretty good from the inside. I need to cut the cowl panel and see how it looks from the out side.

The passenger side is lousy, so I am surprised the drivers side is in decent shape. Here is a pic from the inside, and I will get a pic of the outside for you, probably tomorrow.

That looks great. Thank you ... and yes I do mean your drivers side, the left.

Suppose I should confirm now, you have no problem shipping to Australia? At my expense of course.

I don't have a problem sending it to Australia. I can only imagine the difficulty you have getting parts.

PM me the information I would need to figure out what shipping would be. I'll get you the pic of the outside a bit later when I go out to the garage. Hopefully it will be in good enough shape for you. Based on the inside I think it will be fine, but you never know.

Hey Russ, I sent you a PM. The outside does not look anywhere as nice as the inside.

Hey Doug, i got your piece all boxed up and ready to ship. What's your zip code? I'll pic a random OR zip to get an estimate and PM you. I can figure out the actual cost when I get your actual zip.

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

I need a one foot long piece of the rear window lip. I found two little rust holes when I took my rear window out. They are on the outside of the cab, just under the rubber trim. So I would want a piece that goes from the lip, up about two inches into the roof.

If you need me to, I can post a pic of what I need

I can get you that, but a pic would help. I am not sure whether your rust holes are in the center, left, or right of the window. Post a pic, and we will work it out. Thanks!

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

OK, here are a couple of pictures. One is of the window lip, with the dimensions I think I need. The other one shows both holes. I think anywhere along the lip will be fine, except the radiused corner.
