Installing cruise control on my c-10
Greetings,
I purchased a Rosta cruise control and am I am installing it on a 69 C-10 307 2bbl automatic. I was wondering if anyone else has installed one of these units. I will find a way to make it work, but if there are helpful tips out there I'd appreciate any help &/or photos anyone could provide. thanks, Phil |

I am also interested. Will install a Audiovox cruise which I believe is the same.
Also see this pretty recent thread: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=642534

Re: Installing cruise control on my c-10
This may be a longshot...
I have a Dana 250-1000 Speedostat cruise control unused in the box with an 32 page owner's manual dated 1980. It was sold under several names at the time. In the link shown in post 2 there is a reference to Audiovox part number 250-1105 (which is a similar format to mine) and dip switches, but mine doesn't appear to have dip switches. The Rostra or Audiovox may be similar or be a later version. Posting some pictures may help determine that. |
