Thanks man, I need lots of luck! Here of late I have been sidetracked. Owning a house and living alone is a lot of work...right now I am beefing up my structural security what with all the break-ins in this area.

Don't blame you there. It sucks having to worry about protecting your stuff. Make sure you protect yourself in the process.
