New black covers were installed for one car show season and replaced with custom leather. Not sure why, but previous owner took the stitching out of one of them - the other is ready to install. Everything looks to be there to sew back together. $125 shipped to you.

The reason the stitching is out, they blew one apart to use as a pattern for the new leather.
