Re: Rear Window Curtains

It would be pretty simple. the trailer i just got has 2 tracks and the curtains attach in the tracks mounted above and below.

Re: Rear Window Curtains

I don't have any pictures, but I think mine just eyelets screwed into the cab corner.Used a spring style rod on top & bottom.Mine covered the whole back window, dad hated driving that truck because of that! Having a tough time remembering how they were done, this was back in 1981.....

Re: Rear Window Curtains

I found this pic but it doesn't show me much. This has 5 and I thought I remember seeing 4 back in the day?? The 5 style would have the center one blocking the rearview mirror more which I wouldn't like.

Re: Rear Window Curtains

The 4 curtain style seems more like the kind that was popular in our area back then.

Re: Rear Window Curtains

Now were getting somewhere...Does anyone know where to find the old curtain cables they used in old campers for curtains? It was a cable covered in a coating..kinda like the outer wrap on bike cable. It was hollow in the center.

Re: Rear Window Curtains

try an RV camper dealer. Sometimes you can find conversion vans in the scrap yards.
