I need some parts, a little over $500 worth, sent these folks an email about it, called them and left a message. Its been a few hours and I have had no reply at all. these guys have the best pricing on what I am needing( almost $100 better) but after looking at their facebook page and reading some complaints, I am leary of ordering from them.

I had ordered a couple small things a year or so ago, and that went fine. I noticed that the guy ( not sure of his name) hasnt been on in a long time( december 10th,2012) I am not getting warm fuzzy's guys.

What is your take?

Quite a few members have ordered from them as well, but also had the same experience that you're having now.......no communication whatsover. They have good parts and prices, but poor customer service has been the main issue.

Yea Shannon, I saw that post. I cant believe someone would run their business like that. I guess Ill pay the extra $100 so I can know when I am getting and have someone to speak to if things do go wrong.

Also I wish that some supporting vendors offered discounts for board members...I know some do, but not the ones I have looked at so far.
