Jimmy/Blazer top sag?

Is this what people are talking about when they say Jimmy/Blazer tops sag? This is the first time I've taken the top off since I've had the truck and noticed this huge crack. I never noticed it sagging or cracked while it was on the truck...

edit: the bottom pic shows the huge gap with silicon that the previous owner had squeezed in it and the top pic shows it after I had pulled most of the silicon off.

That looks as if something landed on it and broke it. Sag is typically in the middle and collects water. Your windshield was supporting it while on the truck.
