unless I don't understand your picture that is the passenger side front cab mount (bushings)

Looks like a cab mount with old dried out bushings...

Yep looks like the cab cushion as they are called in LMC cataloge.

Thats what I thought they were. Well time to replace them. Do I have to take off the cab to do this?

i already had my cab off when i replaced mine but i think all you have to do is pull the bolts and jack the cab up just enough to slide in the new ones.

Make sure you unbolt the front radiator mounts and bushings and also take off your fan shroud.( Ibroke my shroud jacking mine up) MAKE SURe TO LEAVE YOUR DOORS CLOSED!!!!!!! You can twist the cab if you open the doors while you have the cab jacked up with all the stuff still inside.

Wow!!1 Ok thanks guys. I will get all four and put them in when I do the kick and rocker panels. Man that list just keeps getting longer.

Yeah, wait till you lift the cab off the frame to replace those bushings.
OOPS, looks like I need new cab mounts too.
and while I'm under here I might as well................

I always use OEM GM cab mount bushings. They seem much higher quality than the aftermarket set I saw.
