I don't see many 3800's. With the fender trim, hood rocket, hubcaps and near tilt bed. Not so much the rear fender trim!

Rear trim looks like a home made add on but that is one odd and interesting truck.
I'm not much on restoring trucks to showroom appearance but I'd do that one up to look like it just rolled off the dealer's lot with that trim and equipment on it liftgate and all.
