This will be the last time I order from Jegs.
So I've used Jegs in the passed and had decent service and the price match thing is nice, but this last order has left me feeling like I'll never buy from them again. On Oct. 17th I ordered some patch panels for a '59 Belair project. They were on back order but I was promised they would ship no later than Oct 23rd. On Oct. 27th I see they still have not shipped I call up and customer service says they will call the supplier and get back to me and send a confirmation email. I hear nothing. On Oct. 31 I call again this time not as patient about their service. She says she'll call the supplier and get back to me Monday. We'll see.
I have spent thousands with Summit over the years and have had next to zero issues ever, which is why I should have, and will in the future stick with dealing with Summitracing instead of Jegs.
