Can anyone tell me what these two holes are for in my manifold??

I have never seen a manifold with the holes like that. its got me can you post a pic of the bottom of the manifold ?

Same as this one, pn 10185063. I don't know if I should block them off or leave it? Don't know what they're for. Really scratching my head at this point!

its for the egr valve if you are gona run one if not I would just block them off
