pictures of 72 blazer in peru and sahara in mid 70s
I came across this husband and wife who took a trip in their 1972 blazer in peru in 1976 and and various places in Africa in 1974.I thought others on this forum would think these pics are cool. the link is http://www.pbase.com/diplostrat/root

I think that's the first time I have seen a vintage picture of one with the Hickey side tanks installed.
Kind of cool how they put wood on top and made it their bed with storage underneath. No way would I have started out on that trip with tires as scary as those though...... brave folks indeed. |
