Dash lights don't work and interior light won't turn off! HELP - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Bought a truck that had been sitting for several years.
I'm in the process of getting it back on the road.
I don't have any dash lights and my interior light won't turn off. I first thought it was headlight switch, but I changed it and the interior light went out until I plugged the dash back in.

What the heck!!!

Any ideas?

Try turning the headlight knob left to right and right to left.
