I made a template with cardboard and when I was happy with it I used it as a patern on the fiberglass board and then cut it with a jig saw and fine blade you may want help for this I found the esyest way was to use 4 2x3 and put the board in between them this keeps it from bouncing around and you can use them as guides on straight cuts.
