"dated" to some is "classic" to others how many Bullet mustangs are out there or General Lees or replicas of this or that, it's like good music, you wouldn't call John Coltrane or Miles Davis "dated" if you were a Jazz fan

good taste withstands the test of time and SEMA of today is trending on steroids it bores me honestly as it's just a big dick contest

Personally i would not care to have that much mass (Jeep) that high up, dually or not.

Re: SEMA 2014 Las Vegas C10 Pictures

This year was my first time at SEMA....and holy crap. Just....epic. My buddy and I walked around for 3 days straight, and saw maybe half of what was there.

Here's a few pics I took. Don't mind the blur....my phone had the shakes from long, expensive, drunk nights in vegas.

Also got to meet FarmTruck, Aaron from GMG, Jeff Lutz, Larry Larson, and saw several other "reality TV" celebrities.

Thumbs up Re: SEMA 2014 Las Vegas C10 Pictures

This is the nicest truck there from all the pictures I have seen on the net and face book.
Haven't been able to find out a lot about it but to me it's the nicest there. They used simple stuff to make a outstanding truck. The best part is they kept the classic style of the truck.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

68shortwide,
You think!

To be honest I like anything that is 67-72 related no matter what the owner does to it.

I'm with you Andy... Stock trucks, big wheels, lowered, chopped, red, black, white, doesn't matter. Any 67-72 truck I see go down the road I snap my neck and want to make a u-turn just to see it a little closer. It's great to see everyone's different taste and ideas

Well said Mark, I have read a lot of haters on this thread. Apparently some people can't appreciate anything other then a stock truck on stock suspension with 50 plus year old drive drains rolling on rallies. I like every variation of these trucks from lifted to slammed, long bed to short bed, suburban, blazer, stock looking trucks on original wheels, shiney paint or patina. It doesn't matter to me. I maybe see one or two a month around me so when I do I take notice and love seeing it. I choose to have mine lay frame with 20" billets because I like that the most.

Re: SEMA 2014 Las Vegas C10 Pictures

We saw the street outlaws crew when they came through Kansas International Dragway in Wichita for a no-prep race day. Farmtruck wasn't there unfortunately, but the Sonoma made a few passes, and holy hell that was a fast truck. There is a video of Farmtruck's motor on the engine dyno at AEM up in Salina. I'd like to take my LS3 out of the Camaro and have them do my heads and build up a stroker short block one of these days. I bet they're pricey!

New Farmtruck motor on the engine dyno at AEM.
