Re: Interesting site for LS base
Ok...let me help you out, Andy.
I did a budget build for my brother's Monte Carlo SS. Junkyard LQ4, stock, non-ported 317 heads with dual valvesprings, hardened comp pushrods, STOCK ROCKERS (lol), LS6 intake with stock CTS-V injectors, Comp Cams XR281HR, 228/230, .571"/.573" - 112 LSA, longtube headers....thru a 4L80E with a 9.5-inch, 3400-stall converter. Stock PCM street-tuned by me. Made 409 whp on the motor, and 536 whp on a "150" shot of spray. It's a very, very basic LS build....and very budget friendly, and runs consistent 11.50s on the bottle.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

Re: Interesting site for LS base
I think that getting close to 400 with those mods on a 6.0 would be pretty easy. Like the others have said, call some sponsors and talk to them, they are usually more than willing to help. I used Texas Speed, and they were very helpful.

Should still be a solid 400 whp ride with a truck intake.
