Is the handle just dirty around the base the reason I am asking I have a couple of handles but they all need chrome. I took my stuff to the chrome platers to get a quote and he had to help me out the door so if I can find something acceptable without plating that would be great.

the chrome is not perfect. Its a good handle, but for a show truck I would chrome it
