Re: NorCal Cruiser
Through a set of baby moons and chrome trim rings on the rims. I think that would pop with your chrome bumpers.

Re: NorCal Cruiser
My opinian, next to a swaybar, this is the second best upgrade you can do. Get away from the voltage regulator and change to internal alternator.

Re: NorCal Cruiser
I’m nearing the end of my project. This is an area outside my neighborhood. Perfect for a little shake down run. Some brake and booster push-rod adjustment and re-bleed was needed. Driving for distance has a way of making you notice all the rattles and squeaks. Back at the house and up on j/stands went through and re-torqued and loctite various nuts and bolts. Also had the truck at Les Schwab for alignment.

Trucks basically done. I will be making a few changes with the gauges and some other miner things but nothing major.

Re: NorCal Cruiser
Saturday car show.
My first car show ever, Didn’t know what to expect so I parked away from the main area. My friends dad (Gary Hunter)is Chairman of board for Capitol City Cruisers. This was the “spring fest show”. Truck took 3rd in “Stock 70's” class. |

Re: NorCal Cruiser
I have participated and ridden in numerous Harley Davidson related Runs/Rally’s and shows and I have to admit that “car people” seem to be a much friendlier group, just a whole different vibe altogether.

Re: NorCal Cruiser
I going to try to make it the swap meet on Saturday since its right next to my house and I can practically walk there. But of course, I have family responsibilities (damn kids and their sports), so I'll have to find a way to squeeze it in. If you bring your truck, I'll keep an eye out for it.

Re: NorCal Cruiser
Just happily driving the wheels off. Basically my little weekend cruiser.
Things on my punch list. 1) fuel gauge doesn’t work (sporadic) 2) change out 3 pod dash bezel to 7 gauge bezel. 3) license plate light. |
