I think the simplest way would be to find a section of the EVAP line between the tank and the canister that is rubber, and tee into that rubber line with vacuum tees or something similar and then have the teed hose go right onto the nipple of the fuel tank pressure sensor.

If you're planning on using the factory charcoal canister up under the hood then it may be easiest to put the sensor up near the canister, that way the wiring for the sensor can be a lot shorter and help simplify your engine wiring harness.
