Update on the Hooker problem

Guy from Summit called me yesterday. He said the headers had arrived yesterday and he just wanted to call and apologize for all of the trouble and ask whether I wanted a refund or different set of headers. They had no problems and credited my Visa card for the full amount.

I've probably spent 20+ thousand at Summit over the last 15 years, and this was the first time I needed to return anything. I couldn't be happier with their customer service. I never expected a personal phone call from them. They'll sure continue to get my business from now on.
