Anyone in Phoenix That Can Check Out 71 SWB for Me??
I'm in Los Angeles and my work schedule just won't allow me to get out to look at a 71 SWB in Phoenix I'm interetsed in buying (possibly.. that's IF it checks out... BIG IF)

I know this won't help now but I just returned to San Diego after a week in Phoenix.
But, if you don't get a volunteer, let me know as I have some contacts back there that will certainly lend a hand.
