replacing 305 v6 pushrods- need some help

Does anyone know what to set the valve adjustment to with the engine cold. If anyone has done this before that could give me a quick walk through would be very helpful.

Never owned one, but the Google is strong.

Or you can watch this guy's tutorial video... on adjusting the valves on a 305 V6 GMC. Doesn't get much more specific than that.
