What's involved to install rear sway bar?
I'm interested in gaining little more stability in my 72 k10. I see dorman offers a sway bar for $100. What kind of project would this be to install on my rear 12 bolt?

Re: What's involved to install rear sway bar?
I went with a CPP rear bar I bought from another board member. That one requires drilling two holes (one per side) into the frame and two holes per trailing arm. Ratcheting tie down straps help a lot when mounting to the trailing arms. Not extremely hard to do. Be aware it will make your truck ride rougher as it limits travel of the trailing arms.

With a K10 he has leaf springs so no trailing arms. Should be basically a bolt-on, but you may need to drill holes in the frame for the end-links. See if you can get the installation instructions, they'll give you the details.

Sorry, I missed the K10 part.

Re: What's involved to install rear sway bar?
It's all good.
Should mention this to the OP -- do you already have a front sway bar? If not, install one before adding a rear bar. Rear bar only, with no front bar, can lead to some strange handling characteristics.
