So, I'm assuming the 68 is a bare bones C-10. Do you think the accessory was an upgrade? Also, would the switch function and start the engine even if the accessary isn't built into the harness? Basically, this is to replace a switch that he has to use a screwdriver to start and it's real pain making it start, almost as though the contacts inside the switch are toast.
