Exhaust Details like this - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Looking for exhaust details for front exit either through fender or front of running boards. Can anyone share any other exmaples or detials? Especially looking for pipe routing examples from SBC hugger headers.

Look at sgtusmc 59 build pretty innovative cut outs like you want

unless you want straight pipes...
use a same end offset muffler mounted in stock location and exit forward and out the front fender
same muffler type as used on side pipes that don't have internal baffles
